"Morrison Hotel" on CD is a powerful reissue of one of The Doors' most celebrated albums, presented here by Analogue P with a clear focus on sound quality and authenticity. Originally released in 1970, "Morrison Hotel" marked a return to a rawer, blues-driven rock after the more experimental "The Soft Parade". The album is often praised for its gritty atmosphere, tight band interplay and Jim Morrison's intense vocal performances. Tracks like "Roadhouse Blues" and "Peace Frog" have become staples of classic rock and showcase the band's combination of poetic lyricism, dark mystique and muscular groove. This CD edition aims to reproduce the dynamics and depth of the original recordings as faithfully as possible, offering an immersive listening experience for both long-time fans and newcomers.

Analogue P is known among audiophiles for its commitment to high-fidelity releases and meticulous production standards. Their focus lies in preserving the character of the original master while reducing noise and distortion, emphasizing warmth, clarity, and natural dynamics. With "Morrison Hotel", Analogue P underlines this philosophy by offering a carefully prepared edition that respects the original mix and atmosphere of the album. Collectors and sound enthusiasts will appreciate the label's attention to detail in transfer and mastering, which helps this rock classic shine with renewed presence and impact.

The Doors were one of the most influential rock bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s, formed in Los Angeles and quickly known for their fusion of rock, blues, psychedelia and poetic, often provocative lyrics. Frontman Jim Morrison became a cultural icon through his charismatic stage presence and dark, literary songwriting, while keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore shaped a distinctive, organ-driven sound. The band achieved major success with albums such as "The Doors", "Strange Days", "Waiting for the Sun" and "L.A. Woman", and with timeless songs like "Light My Fire", "Riders on the Storm" and "People Are Strange". "Morrison Hotel" is frequently cited as one of their strongest and most cohesive works, capturing the band at a mature creative peak and solidifying their legacy as one of rock's most enduring legends.

The fifth studio album by American rock band the Doors, released on February 9, 1970. The album reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200, and performed better overseas than the preceding album (it was the group's highest-charting studio album in the United Kingdom, where it peaked at No. 12).
