| Description: | Walkabout is a four-song EP, conceived by Olivia Mancini in a woodland cabin in Woodstock, NY, and recorded with producer Jarrett Nicolay at Pick-Up Productions in Kensington, MD. Once described by the Washington Post as the "hardest-working woman in DC rock," Olivia Mancini is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, bassist, and performer who wears many hats in many different groups. In May 2016, Olivia will release her first EP, venturing into solo territory after many years of making albums with her band, The Mates, as well as the Washington Social Club, Astra Via, Ed & Donna, Ruby Rae, Leland Sundries, America Hearts, Antonette Goroch, and the Sleeping Secrets. |
