Cherie Currie became known as the lead singer of the influential all-female rock band The Runaways, one of the pioneering groups of women's rock in the 1970s. Her unmistakable voice and energetic stage presence helped shape the sound and the rebellious image of the band, whose legacy continues to inspire rock and punk musicians worldwide. After The Runaways, Currie built a solo career and worked as a singer, songwriter and performer, remaining a cult icon of classic rock. Brie Darling (also known as Brie Howard) is a singer, drummer and multi-instrumentalist who has been active in rock and pop for decades, working with various bands and projects and known for her versatility and powerful, soulful vocal style. Together, Currie and Darling bring their extensive experience and chemistry into this project, creating interpretations and originals that are both emotionally resonant and musically compelling.
