Description:Es ist fast ein Jahrzehnt her, dass ein neues Studioalbum von The Use Of Ashes veröffentlicht wurde. "Flake Of Eternity" (2012) war der letzte Teil der Trilogie "White Nights" nach "The Hand Of Tzafkiël" (2008) und "Glowing Lights" (2009). Die vierköpfige Band, bestehend aus Simon und Peter van Vliet, Maarten Scherrenburg und Pascal van de Pol, veröffentlichte eine wunderschöne Interpretation der frühen Tage von Pink Floyd als Record Store Day-Veröffentlichung ("Pink Ashes", 2015) und nahm mit Astralasia ein Album mit dem Titel "Astralashes" (2017) auf. In den Jahren 2018 und 2019 belebten sie ihre Wurzeln als Mekanik Kommando mit einer Tournee zur Unterstützung einer Neuauflage von "It Would Be Quiet In The Woods If Only A Few Birds Sing" wieder. "Burning Gnome" enthält 12 Titel, verteilt auf etwas mehr als drei�ig Minuten - ein einfacher Wink an die 60er Jahre, die in der Musik der Band allgegenwärtig sind. -
