| Description: | Hackberry is a five-piece instrumental band from Groningen, founded in 2015. They play a mix of progressive rock, stoner, metal, grunge and psychedelia and are known for their strange time signatures, tempo changes and dynamics. After the first EP release "Desert Orchid" at the end of 2016, the well-received debut album "Hackberry" was released in 2018. Now they are back with a new record called 'Breathing Space', an album with four narrative tracks each exploring a different musical landscape. Now they are back with a new record called 'Breathing Space', an instrumental journey through prog-rock, metal, psychedelic-rock, and stoner. The compositions have been carefully assembled and arranged by the five members of Hackberry reflecting their individual musical influences and taste.
