This version of Avion comes as a 1xCD. - Digitally remastered edition of 1983 debut album by the classic Australian melodic rock band Avion. Avion's two acclaimed studio albums - 'Avion' (1983) and 'White Noise' (1986) - have both been the subject of bootlegs but have never had an official CD release. Avion was an Australian 1980s pop rock band formed in 1981, originally named Lionheart, the line-up was Evan Murray on keyboards, Martyn Toole on guitar, and three brothers: John Waller on drums, Kendall Waller on bass guitar and Randall Waller on lead vocals and lead guitar. Late in 1987, Murray died in a car accident and the group disbanded.The self-titled album "Avion" by the band Avion is a classic gem in the melodic rock and AOR genre, originally released in 1983. This CD reissue from Melodicrock Records brings back the energetic soundscapes and catchy hooks that made Avion stand out during their era. The album features powerful vocals, soaring guitar solos, and anthemic choruses that capture the spirit of early '80s rock music.
