Everything is created once. And everything will decay. And from all decay, there can be a new creation. About this topic are the stories, told in 9 full tracks, that are carefully arranged with 2 separate atmospheric interludes to provide an aural flow. From the lyrical side, philosophical questions of becoming, being and passing are asked, by using lyrical images and stylistic devices inspired by the mythology and history of ancient Egypt and the oriental area. Lyrically and musically, the album is centered around the main track "Perennial Bliss", which reflects on the inner self within time and space and outside of both.

*All tracks and lyrics are written by members of MAAT and were recorded, mixed and mastered at Soundlodge Studio by Jörg Uken, who has been working with many artists such as God Dethroned, Slaughterday, Keitzer or Anvil.
